Carina T. (8th): Modern Mona Lisa

For my project, I decided to do a modernized version of the Mona Lisa. First thing I did was find a picture, it was hard to find one the right size, but after some alterations, I was able to. After that I translated the drawing to a canvas but while I was doing that I did some modern touches. After I mostly transferred the drawings, I started to paint. I used acrylic paint to put on the canvas. The changes I made were changing the dress, hair color, I added makeup, eyelashes and eyebrows, piercings and I kept the background the same. That’s what I did for my project.
